Welcome to Sugar’s Shoppe! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed online through our website or in person at events.
   
• Payment must be completed at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
   
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
   

2. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship our cookies in boxes of 6, 12, or 36 individually wrapped cookies.
   
• Shipping is available only within the United States.
   
• Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays are processed and shipped the following week.
   
• Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after shipment.
   
• Sugar’s Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
   

3. Packaging

• Each cookie is individually wrapped to ensure freshness and quality.
   
• Boxes are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
   

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly at rebekah@sugarsshoppe.com.
   
• After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders may already be in production or shipment.
   

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
   
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
   
• We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
   

6. Allergies and Ingredients

• Our cookies may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
   
• We do our best to prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
   
• Please review ingredient lists carefully before ordering.
